Getting Started with Hyperbound: The Admin's Checklist
Last updated: June 16, 2026
Are you an admin setting up Hyperbound for your team? This checklist walks you through everything you need to get your organization configured, your reps practicing, and your coaching running. Work through it in order and you will be set up for success.
1. Get oriented
Before you configure anything, get familiar with how Hyperbound works and where everything lives. Your home page is the starting point for roleplays, scores, and team activity.
New here? Start with Hyperbound 101 and a tour of your home page.
2. Set up your organization
Your org is the container for your team, bots, scorecards, and data. Name it, add your logo, and confirm your settings so the platform feels like yours from day one.
Learn how to create your org and update your org name and logo.
3. Invite your team and set permissions
Add your reps, managers, and fellow admins. Assign roles so the right people can build content and view reporting, while everyone else gets a clean practice experience.
Learn how to invite users. Your reps can follow accepting invites and logging in.
4. Connect your tools
Hyperbound works best when it is wired into your existing stack. Connect your call recorder to bring real calls in for scoring, link your CRM, and set up Slack so your team can reach Kota where they already work.
See all integration options in the Integrations collection.
5. Build your buyer bots
Bots are the AI buyers your reps practice against. Build personas that reflect the real people your team sells to, including their objections and pain points. Upload your own documents to make each bot more accurate.
Learn how to build bots, upload docs to build bots, and create multi-party roleplays for calls with more than one stakeholder.
6. Create your scorecards
Scorecards are how you measure performance on both roleplays and real calls. Build them to match how your team defines a good call, then add weights so the criteria that matter most carry the most influence.
Learn how to create scorecards, create scorecards using AI, and add weights to scorecards.
7. Organize reps into teams
Teams let you group reps by role, region, or manager. This keeps reporting clean and makes it easy to assign the right practice to the right people.
Explore the Teams collection.
8. Launch practice to your reps
Now put it all in front of your team. Learning Modules package bots and scorecards into a guided practice path. Call Blitzes drive focused practice sprints, and SCORM lets you push Hyperbound into your existing LMS.
Learn how to create Learning Modules, run a Call Blitz, and set up a SCORM integration.
9. Coach your team
Practice only sticks when managers follow up. Use Hyperbound's coaching tools to review reps, give feedback, and reinforce your playbook.
10. Track progress with analytics
Watch scores climb over time. Use analytics and reporting to monitor usage, spot reps who need extra help, and show the impact of your program to leadership.

11. Put Kota to work
Kota is your AI sales performance agent. Ask it questions, surface insights, and pull call scores without digging through dashboards.

You are all set
That covers the core admin setup. As your team gets going, keep refining your bots and scorecards based on what the scores tell you, and keep adding the people and teams who need access.
