Learning Modules in Hyperbound

Learning Modules are a *powerful* way to standardize training, track skill development, and promote ongoing learning for both new and current team members in Hyperbound! Modules are designed to be more than just checklists; they offer interactive, customizable learning tracks that fit a range of needs, from call practice with AI-powered bots to quizzes and certifications.

Here's why you might want to create Learning Modules in Hyperbound, how to make the most of them—and how to get creating!

Why Create Learning Modules?

Key Benefits

  1. Structured Onboarding + Continuous Learning: Use Learning Modules to guide new hires through essential skills or help current team members to refresh and expand their knowledge. Modules can be tailored to specific roles, skills, or product knowledge.

  2. Progress Tracking + Achievement: Assign tasks, track completion, and measure success. Reps can earn certifications and badges to celebrate milestones, keeping them motivated and focused on skill development.

  3. Ad-hoc Assignments + Certifications: Assign tasks as needed or turn modules into long-term certifications to encourage ongoing skill mastery.

What Can You Use Learning Modules For?

  • Training Plans: Define step-by-step training courses for new hires or advanced skills for seasoned reps.

  • Skill Development: Create tracks for specific skills that reps can revisit.

    • Ex: handling objections, closing techniques ...

  • Progress Tracking: Monitor rep performance and recognize achievements by assigning badges or certifications.

  • Task Assignment: Use "Assignments" for one-time tasks and Certifications for structured, long-term goals.

What’s New in Learning Modules 2.0?

In V2, you can now create a module once and assign it to any reps or teams afterward. We also introduced Call Blitz, a streamlined mode designed for focused, high-volume practice.

Here’s what’s new:

🔄 Assign Reps After Creating the Module

You no longer have to know exactly who will take the module during creation.
Now you can:

  • Create modules ahead of time

  • Reuse them across cohorts, teams, or roles

  • Assign them at any time

  • Set different deadlines for different reps

This makes onboarding and ongoing training significantly more adaptable.

Call Blitz Mode

Call Blitz is a new option that lets you run fast-paced training sprints.
Perfect for:

  • Weekly practice cycles

  • Targeted skill refreshes

  • New-hire call practice

  • Competition-style learning days

When enabled, reps complete tasks in a streamlined, high-engagement workflow.
