Creating a call blitz in Hyperbound helps your sales team focus on high-intensity, time-bound calling efforts, allowing reps to reach a large number of prospects in a short time. Whether you're launching a new campaign, following up on a specific event, or targeting a key market sefment, a call blitz makes sure your team is aligned, motivated, and working efficiently towards a shared goal.
Follow these steps to create and manage a successful call blitz!
Step 1: Access the Call Blitz Feature
From your Hyperbound dashboard, navigate to the left-hand navigation panel.
Click on "Call Blitz."
The Call Blitz feature is designed to help you coordinate rapid, large-scale outreach efforts with your sales team, keeping everyone on task with specific goals and timelines.
Step 2: Create a New Call Blitz
In the upper right-hand corner, click on the "+ New" button to start setting up your call blitz.
Step 3: Set Up Call Blitz Parameters
Select Tags that correspond to the call blitz's focus. You can add multiple tags to one blitz, allowing you to target different customer segments or lead types.
Assign the call blitz to the relevant reps on your team.
This step ensures that the blitz is focused and tailored to the right audience, and your reps know exactly what their targets are.
Step 4: Finalize + Assign the Call Blitz
Once you've configured the tags and assigned the blitz to your team, click "Assign Call Blitz" to finalize it.
Step 5: Notifications to Reps
As soon as you hit "Assign Call Blitz", the reps will receive a notification letting them know they've been assigned a blitz. This ensures immediate action and keeps the momentum high, as reps are notified in real time.
