How To: Create a New Org in Hyperbound

Last updated: May 6, 2025

Creating a new organization in Hyperbound allows you to manage separate teams, divisions, or companies under one account. Follow these easy steps to setup your new org:

Step 1: Access Your Org Settings

  • From your Hyperbound dashboard, navigate to the left-hand navigation panel.

  • Click on your company name (ex: Hyperbound).

This will open the settings related to your organization.

Note: This feature requires activation. If you would like to enable it, please contact the Hyperbound team.

Step 2: Switch to Organization Management

  • After clicking your company name, a dropdown menu will populate

  • Click on "Switch Organization" to access the org management section.

Step 3: Create a New Org

  • You'll see a list of any existing organizations.

  • To create a new one, click on the "+ Create New" button.

Step 4: Name Your Org

  • A pop-up screen will appear prompting you to name your new org.

  • Tip: Make sure the name is descriptive enough for your team to easily identify, especially if you have multiple orgs.

Step 5: Add Your Domain

  • In the same pop-up window, you'll be asked to enter your company's domain. Example: hyperbound.ai

Note: There's no need to add "www" or "http://". Just type the core domain.

Step 6: Upload a Logo (optional)

  • If you want your org to have a unique identity, upload a logo.

    • This is optional, but it can help visually distinguish between orgs if you manage several.

Step 7: Define User Permissions

  • Before saving, you'll have two checkboxes to determine who can join the org:

    • Any user with an "@yourcompanydotcom" email address can join

      • This allows users with the same domain to automatically join the org.

    • Users without an "@yourcompanydotcom" email cannot be invited

      • This option restricts access to only users with the company's domain in their email address.

  • Select whichever option fits your needs.

Step 8: Save Your Org

  • After filling out the required fields and customizing your org, click Save to finalize.

  • Your new org is now live and ready to use!
