How to: Assign “Member Plus” Access in Hyperbound

In this module, you will learn when and how to assign “Member Plus” access to users in Hyperbound, particularly for those who need permissions to build or edit bots.

Tools Required

• Hyperbound admin access
• User email(s) for access assignment


Step 1: Understand “Member Plus” Access

  • “Member Plus” is a special access level for users who need to add or edit bots within Hyperbound.

  • It is typically assigned to sales reps, SDRs, or other team members building automations.

Step 2: Assign “Member Plus” Access

  1. Go to your Organization settings.

  2. Navigate to the User Management or Team Members section.

  3. Find or invite the user you want to update access for.

  4. In the access role dropdown, select “Member Plus.”

  5. Click Save to apply the updated access.


Notes

• Only admins can assign or change access roles.
• Member Plus users do not have full admin rights, but they can manage bots.
• Regular “Members” cannot add or edit bots.
