How to: Remove and Reactivate Reps in Hyperbound

This guide walks you through how to deactivate and reactivate reps in Hyperbound. Deactivated reps lose access to the platform but can easily be reactivated by admins when needed.
Step 1: Go to “Manage and Invite Team Members”
1. Log into your Hyperbound admin account.
2. Go to your organization settings.
3. Click 'Manage and Invite Team Members'.
Step 2: Locate the Rep You Want to Remove
Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find the rep.
Step 3: Deactivate the Rep
1. Click the three-dot menu next to the rep’s name.
2. Click 'Deactivate'.
3. Confirm the action in the pop-up prompt by clicking 'Yes'.
Step 4: Reactivate a Deactivated Rep (Optional)
If needed, find the deactivated rep in the list and click the 'Reactivate' button next to their name.
Notes
• Deactivated users will no longer have access to the platform.
• You can reactivate them anytime—no need to reinvite or reassign.
