How To: Use Learning Modules with Manager Hierarchy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
What are Learning Modules?
Learning Modules let you package Hyperbound bots into structured training. Use them for onboarding, certifications, call blitzes, or targeted practice for specific teams and reps.
With manager hierarchy enabled, Learning Modules respect your org structure while keeping training easy to assign across teams.
What manager hierarchy changes
Learning Module access is split into three roles:
Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
Editor | Edit the module and create assignments. |
Viewer | Open the module read-only and view data their team access allows. |
Assignee | Complete the assignment and call the module's bots. |
The key rule: assignment grants bot access. If a rep is assigned a module, they can call that module's bots, even if the bot's folder is not shared with their team.

Prerequisites
Manager Hierarchies must be enabled for your workspace.
