Support button moved

The support help button now lives in the side navbar instead of floating over the Kota sidebar. Same features (knowledge base, ticket submission, feature requests, bug reports), just out of Kota's way.

If you had a muscle memory for the old spot, retrain it, it's now on the left nav.
