Using Analytics in Hyperbound

Hyperbound’s analytics feature is designed to give you complete flexibility in tracking, measuring, and visualizing your sales performance. With customizable dashboards and over 30 available widgets, you can build a view that works exactly the way you want.


Overview

The Analytics section allows you to:

  • Build dashboards by dragging and dropping widgets.

  • Track performance metrics like total call duration, total calls, active reps, team-level performance, and scorecard trends.

  • Create multiple dashboards for different teams, regions, or use cases.

  • Apply filters to view data by rep, buyer, tags, call types, or scorecards.


Building Your Dashboard

  1. Access Analytics

    • Navigate to the Analytics section in Hyperbound.

  2. Add Widgets

    • Click Add Widget to browse from 30+ available widget types.

    • Examples include:

      • Total call duration

      • Number of calls

      • Active reps

      • Top-performing reps

      • Scorecard trend charts

  3. Customize Layout

    • Drag and drop widgets to rearrange.

    • Resize widgets by clicking and dragging the edges.

  4. Apply Filters

    • Each widget includes its own filter options.

    • Filter by:

      • Reps – focus on individual or multiple team members.

      • Buyers – analyze activity for specific customers.

      • Tags – filter based on tagging conventions.

      • Call Types – such as discovery calls, demos, or follow-ups.

      • Scorecards – view results linked to specific evaluation criteria.

      • And More


Creating Multiple Dashboards

You can build separate dashboards for different purposes or teams:

  • Click New Dashboard to create a fresh view.

  • Example setups:

    • Regional Dashboards – one for US, one for APAC, one for EMEA.

    • Role-Specific Dashboards – separate views for SDRs, AEs, or managers.

  • Use visibility settings to control who can access each dashboard.


Tips for Best Use

  • Start with the public dashboard, then duplicate and customize for your specific needs.

  • Use filters to quickly drill down into problem areas or high-performance trends.

  • Regularly update dashboards as business priorities change.
