Introduction

Welcome to Hyperbound! This guide will walk you through the process of making calls as a sales representative on our platform. Hyperbound provides you with powerful tools to connect with AI conversation bots designed for your specific sales needs.

🥇Getting Started

  1. Account Access: Accept your Hyperbound invitation to gain access to the platform

  2. Initial Navigation: Once logged in, you'll be able to explore different bots and view your call history

🔎 Finding the Right Bot

Using Folders

  • Bots are organized into folders created by your admins/ managers

  • Navigate to the appropriate folder containing the bots you need

  • Click on any bot to access its call screen page

Using the "Individual Bots" Page

  • Access the complete collection of bots across different call types

  • Filter options available:

    • By call type

    • By specific tags

    • By emotional states

🤙 Making a Call

Call Screen Page

The call screen page provides important context before your conversation:

  • Who the bot represents (persona)

  • Job title

  • Company information

  • Special instructions from your admin or manager

Starting Your Call

  1. Ensure your microphone permissions are properly configured

  • Click the padlock icon next to the URL

  • Select Site settings -> Microphone -> Allow

  • If mic still doesn't activate, clear your browser cache and re-enable permissions 

  1. Click the "Start Call" button to begin your conversation

  2. Choose between a standard audio call or a video call option
