While managers and admins in your Hyperbound Org already have access to all rep calls, sometimes you may want to highlight a specific call for coaching or feedback. Hyperbound makes this quick and easy.

  • All managers and admins in your organization can:

    • View all rep roleplays and real calls

    • Access recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated scores

    • Provide coaching or comments as needed

📎 How to Share a Specific Call for Feedback

If you want to proactively ask for coaching on a particular call:

Step-by-Step:

  1. Open the call or roleplay you want to share

  2. Copy the URL from the browser address bar

  3. Send it directly to your manager via email, Slack, or your team’s communication tool

What They’ll See:

  • Full call recording

  • Transcript of the conversation

  • Scorecard with AI-generated feedback

  • Any comments you’ve left or noted
