How to: Create Resume calls

Overview

The Resume Call feature enables you to start a call with the bot at any point by recreating a previous conversation between a rep and a buyer.



🤔 How do you do this?

1. Access the "Resume Call" Section

  • Navigate to the bot (in this example, the bot is named Alex Taylor).

  • Scroll down to find the Resume Call section.

2. Add Resume call

  • Click Add

  • You have two options:

    • Manually input the conversation line-by-line.

    • Upload/ Paste a transcript file.

3. Upload a Transcript

  • Click Browse and select the transcript file from your device.

  • Ensure the transcript is properly formatted:

    • Each speaker’s line should start on a new line.

  • Click Save once the file is selected.

4. Review and Update Speaker Names

  • The platform will attempt to auto-populate the transcript fields.

🤑 Tips

  • Always double-check formatting before uploading to prevent parsing errors.
