Need to revisit a past roleplay or pick up where you left off? Hyperbound makes it easy to access your call history so you can review past performance or re-engage with a specific AI bot.

Steps to Find a Previous Roleplay

1. Go to the Call History Page

• From your dashboard, click on “Call History” in the navigation menu.

2. Browse Your Past Calls

• You’ll see a list of all calls you’ve made, including:

  • The AI bot name

  • The call type (e.g., Cold Call, Discovery, Objection Practice)

  • The timestamp

  • Your scorecard results (if applicable)

3. Click on Any Bot to Re-Practice

• Clicking on a past bot interaction allows you to:

  • Review the recording and transcript

  • See your previous score

  • Launch a new call with the same bot and practice again

🔁 This is great for reinforcing a specific skill or tracking your improvement over time.
