Create and Assign a Call Blitz

What is a Call Blitz

A Call Blitz is a Hyperbound feature that lets reps practice with several AI bots back to back in a single, focused session. Instead of doing one roleplay at a time, a rep moves straight from one bot to the next, building a high volume of practice in a short window.

Why Create a Call Blitz in Hyperbound?

A call blitz is a powerful strategy for:

  • Targeted outreach: Focus your reps on a specific audience or goal, maximizing their effectiveness within a defined period.

  • Motivating your team: Builds urgency and focus. Everything happens in one sitting, so there are limited distractions.

  • Tracking performance: Blitzes allow managers to monitor progress and results closely, making sure reps are staying on track!

  • Coordinated campaigns: Whether you're launching a new product or selling methodology, a call blitz makes sure everyone's on the same page and executing consistently.

By organizing regular call blitzes, you can improve team productivity, drive results quickly, and ensure your reps are laser-focused on high-value prospects.

Create a Call Blitz in a Learning Module

A Learning Module is a guided practice path made up of sections, where each section is made up of tasks a rep must pass to complete the module. A Call Blitz is one type of task you can add, so a set of back-to-back practice calls becomes part of the rep's path through the module and counts toward their completion.

How to add a Call Blitz to a Learning Module

Step 1: Create a section

  1. Click + Create new section.

  2. Enter a name for the section.

  3. Repeat to add as many sections as you need. Each section is a milestone the rep passes on their way through the module.

Step 2: Add a Call Blitz task

  1. Inside a section, click + Add task.

  2. Select the task type Call Blitz.

Step 3: Set the completion criteria

  1. Minimum number of bots to call: the number of bots a rep must call to complete the task, for example 5.

  2. Average score to reach across all bots: the minimum average score the rep must hit across those calls, for example 80.

A rep completes the task once they have called at least the minimum number of bots and reached at least the target average score. Until both are met, the section stays incomplete, so the criteria are what define a passing milestone.

Why use a Call Blitz inside a module

Running a Call Blitz as a module task ties the practice to the rep's overall progress. Instead of a one-off session, the blitz becomes a required step with a clear bar to clear, and you can track completion alongside the rest of the module.
