Manually Mark Reps as Passed in Learning Modules

Sometimes a rep has already demonstrated the skill elsewhere, or there's a valid reason to move them forward. Admins and managers can now manually mark a task or an entire learning module as complete for any rep These are tagged as "Manual" so you always have a clear audit trail.
