Let's look at how to navigate and complete learning modules assigned to you on the Hyperbound platform. Learning modules are structured training resources designed to help you develop your sales skills through practical exercises.

👀 Accessing Your Learning Modules

Via Email Notification

  • When an admin or manager assigns a learning module to you, you'll receive an email notification

  • Click the invitation link in the email to be redirected directly to the learning modules page

Via Hyperbound Platform

  • Log in to your Hyperbound account

  • Navigate to the "Learning Modules" section from the main navigation menu

🪜 Understanding the Learning Module Structure

Learning modules follow a hierarchical structure:

  • Learning Module: The main training program

  • Sub-modules: Components within the learning module

  • Tasks: Specific activities to complete within each sub-module

✅ Completing Tasks

Each task typically includes:

  • Minimum Attempts: You need to make a specified number of successful attempts (typically at least one)

  • Minimum Score: You must achieve a minimum score threshold (e.g., 70%)

  • Scorecard Criteria: You must pass all required scorecard criteria

Making Practice Calls

  1. Click the "Make a Call" button within a task

  2. You'll be directed to the call page where you can practice with the assigned bot (e.g., "Gerald Morales")

  3. Complete the call following the specified requirements

  4. The system will track your attempts and scores automatically

🎯 Tracking Progress

  • Completed tasks will display your performance metrics (e.g., "1 call made")

  • You can see how many attempts you've made for each task

  • Progress indicators show which tasks are complete and which still need attention

🎓 Certification

Once you've successfully completed all required tasks and sub-modules:

  • You'll receive a certificate of completion for the learning module

  • This certification will be available in your Hyperbound account
