How to: Take a Call Blitz

Introduction

Call Blitz is a powerful Hyperbound feature designed to help sales representatives practice their skills by engaging with multiple AI conversation bots in succession. This functionality is particularly valuable for warming up before real client calls and refining your sales approach in a safe environment.

🤔 What is Call Blitz?

Call Blitz allows you to:

  • Practice with multiple AI bots in a single session

  • Quickly transition between different conversation scenarios

  • Warm up your sales skills before engaging with actual prospects

  • Build confidence through repeated practice

Starting a Call Blitz

Method 1: From Folders Page

  1. Navigate to the "AI Roleplays" page

  2. Locate the folder containing bots you want to practice with

  3. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the folder

  4. Select "Start a Call Blitz" from the menu options

Method 2: From Within a Folder

  1. Navigate to your desired folder (e.g., "Demo")

  2. Click the lightning button () to initiate a Call Blitz session

Configuring Your Call Blitz

After initiating a Call Blitz, you'll be redirected to the Call Blitz section where you can:

  1. Name Your Blitz Session

    • Create a descriptive name (e.g., "Keshav's Practice")

    • This helps you identify the session later

  2. Configure Auto-Play Settings

    • Toggle "Auto-Play" on/off

    • When enabled, the next call will automatically begin after you complete a call

    • When disabled, you'll need to manually start each subsequent call

Navigating Between Calls

  • Click "Next Call" to proceed to the next bot in your Call Blitz queue

  • With Auto-Play enabled, the system will automatically transition to the next call

  • With Auto-Play disabled, you'll need to manually initiate each new call

🎯 Reviewing Your Performance

Call History

  • Access call history by clicking "View Call History"

  • Review details of all calls made during your Blitz session

  • Analyze your performance across different conversation scenarios

Resuming a Call Blitz

  • Return to an in-progress Call Blitz session by selecting it from the Call Blitz page

  • Click "Resume" to continue where you left off

🔥 Best Practices

  • Use Call Blitz as a regular warm-up exercise before your actual sales calls

  • Try different approaches with each bot to expand your conversational toolkit

  • Review your call history to identify areas for improvement
