Find missing Real calls

If a meeting isn't showing up in your Real Buyer Calls tab, here's how to track it down.

Step 1: Reset your filters

Your active filters may be hiding the call. When no results appear, select Reset filters and try again to clear them and re run your search.

Step 2: Use "Find missing call"

If the call still doesn't appear, select Find missing call. Search by meeting name or date to see if Hyperbound received the call and what happened to it.

Step 3: Check the status

Each result will show a status. If the call was successfully imported but you still can't see it, it may be assigned to a different user — check with your admin. For any error status, the result will show you the next step to take.
