How to: Understand Call Visibility Based on Access Levels in Hyperbound

Last updated: May 6, 2025

Summary

In this module, you will learn how call visibility works for different user roles in Hyperbound, specifically between Admins and Members.

Tools Required

• Hyperbound access (Admin or Member)

Role-Based Call Access Overview

Member Access (Default)

  • Members can make calls and view only the calls they made.

  • Members cannot view other users' calls.

  • This ensures reps only see their own activities by default.

Admin Access

  • Admins can view all calls made across the organization, regardless of who placed them.

  • Admins have full visibility and oversight for reporting and coaching purposes.

Notes

• Visibility rules are enforced automatically by Hyperbound based on user roles.
• To enable shared visibility, consider adjusting roles or exporting call data via admin tools.
• Always review access settings before onboarding new users to ensure proper permissions.
