Hyperbound MCP server

The Hyperbound MCP server connects Hyperbound to different AI tools. You can analyze your org's data and create or update bots and scorecards without leaving your AI tool. Everything runs within your existing Hyperbound permissions.

What You Need

- A Hyperbound account

- Access to at least one active Hyperbound organization

- An MCP-compatible client that supports remote MCP servers and OAuth

Server URL

Use the Hyperbound MCP server URL provided by your Hyperbound team.

If your workspace uses a regional or staging Hyperbound environment, use the matching server URL instead.

Connect From Claude

1. Open Claude.

2. Go to connector settings.

3. Add a custom connector.

4. Enter the Hyperbound MCP server URL.

5. Continue through the Hyperbound authorization screen.

6. Review the requested permissions.

7. Click Allow access.

After authorization succeeds, Claude can list the available Hyperbound tools and use them when relevant.

Connect From ChatGPT

Requires you to enable Developer Mode

  1. Go to Apps

  2. Click on Settings on the top right

  3. Advanced settings

  4. Enable Developer mode

  5. Click "Create App"

  6. Give it a name, description (example: Hyperbound)

  7. Drop in the Hyperbound MCP server URL

  8. Click Create

  9. Continue through the Hyperbound authorization screen.

  10. Done

What You Can Do

Analyze your data

  • Query Hyperbound Data. Run analysis across calls, reps, teams, bots, scorecards, learning modules, and deals.

    • "Which reps are struggling most with pricing objections?"

  • Ask Kota. Get coaching and performance recommendations grounded in your org's data.

    • "What should I coach this rep on next?"

  • Search calls. Find practice or real calls by what was said, such as a specific objection, competitor, or discovery approach.

    • "Find calls where reps handled a competitor objection well."

  • Search bots and scorecards. Look up existing assets by name or content.

Analysis requests can take 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

Create and update bots and scorecards

  • Create bots. Describe the persona, what you sell, and the call type. You can create several bots at once. Bite-sized roleplays and Vision are supported.

  • Update bots. Change persona details, objections, scenario, scorecard, tags, or folders. You can also add up to 3 supporting participants to make a bot multi-party.

  • Create and update scorecards. Build scorecards from scratch or import an existing one as-is.

  • Create and rename folders for bots and scorecards.

Example prompts:

  • "Create a discovery bot for a skeptical VP of Sales who uses a competitor."

  • "Turn this bot into a bite-sized roleplay focused on the pricing objection."

  • "Import this scorecard exactly as written."

Organization Access

The connector uses the organization context associated with your Hyperbound account. If your account belongs to multiple organizations, only organizations you can access in Hyperbound can be used by the connector.

Security

- Authorization uses OAuth.

- The MCP server does not receive your Claude password or AI-client account password.

- Hyperbound permissions are enforced server-side.

- Tool calls run within the authenticated user's Hyperbound access scope.

Disconnect Access

To disconnect the Hyperbound MCP server, remove the connector from your AI client's connector settings. You can also contact Hyperbound support if you need help revoking access.
