Outreach (with Kaia)

Connect Outreach to automatically import and score your real sales calls in Hyperbound

Note: Outreach must be enabled in your Workspace. If you don't see it, reach out to your SE team.

Before you start:

  • Set up Real Call Scoring (call routing and privacy).

  • Add your reps to Hyperbound. Calls only import for reps who already have a Hyperbound account.

Connect Outreach

Outreach connects with a sign-in

  1. Go to Workspace Settings > Integrations.

  2. In the Available tab, find Outreach and click Connect.

  3. Sign in to Outreach and approve access.

  4. You're sent back to Hyperbound with the integration connected.

Tip: Connect with an Outreach admin account so Hyperbound can see calls and Kaia recordings for your whole team.

From the Integrations page you can Pause, Resume, or Disconnect at any time.

Good to know

  • Reps are matched by email. The rep's email in Outreach must match their email in Hyperbound.

  • Kaia and dialer calls come through the same integration. You don't need a separate Kaia connection.

  • Calls without a recording or transcript are not imported.

  • Not seeing calls? Check that the rep is added in Hyperbound and that their emails match. Then reach out to support.
