How to: Add Manager Feedback

The Manager Feedback allows admins to leave direct, contextual feedback on any call. This feedback is instantly visible to reps, helping them improve with clear, actionable insights.
For Admins and Managers
How to Leave Feedback on a Call
Go to the Call History tab.
Click on any individual call.
On the call details page, you’ll see a section labeled Add Feedback.
Type your feedback
Hit Publish.
That’s it, your feedback is now live and visible to the rep.
For Reps
Where to View Feedback
Navigate to your Call History.
Click into the specific call where feedback was given.
You’ll see the Manager Feedback displayed right there, tied to the call.
Who Can See Feedback?
Admins can leave and view feedback across all reps.
Members can view only the feedback that’s been given to them.
