Post call Manager Coaching Moments:

Overview
Previously Admins and Managers saw the same feedback as reps “What went well” and “What to improve”.
This created a gap:
No clear coaching priorities
Hard to know where to intervene
Feedback stayed passive
Now the feedback is reframed for Admins and managers into:
What could the rep improve → where to intervene
What the rep is doing well → what to reinforce
This turns feedback into coaching decisions, not just observations.
Where to Find It

In the Feedback tab of any call
Toggle between:
Coaching View (default for managers/admins)
Feedback View
Coaching moments are generated as part of scoring and reps/ Members do not see this. This will only be visible to admins and observers. For older calls, click on generate coaching moments to generate it!
How to Use It
Focus on 1–2 key intervention areas
Reinforce strong behaviors to scale them across the team
Use the manager comments feature to add in your thoughts!
