Post call Manager Coaching Moments:

Overview

Previously Admins and Managers saw the same feedback as reps “What went well” and “What to improve”.

This created a gap:

  • No clear coaching priorities

  • Hard to know where to intervene

  • Feedback stayed passive

Now the feedback is reframed for Admins and managers into:

  • What could the rep improve → where to intervene

  • What the rep is doing well → what to reinforce

This turns feedback into coaching decisions, not just observations.


Where to Find It

  • In the Feedback tab of any call

  • Toggle between:

    • Coaching View (default for managers/admins)

    • Feedback View

Coaching moments are generated as part of scoring and reps/ Members do not see this. This will only be visible to admins and observers. For older calls, click on generate coaching moments to generate it!


How to Use It

  • Focus on 1–2 key intervention areas

  • Reinforce strong behaviors to scale them across the team

  • Use the manager comments feature to add in your thoughts!
