This module helps reps and managers navigate the post-call screen in Hyperbound AI Coaching to better understand scores, AI feedback, and how to improve performance in future calls.
Tools Required
Access to Hyperbound's AI Coaching module
A completed recorded call with transcript
Role-based access to scorecards (for reps or admins)
Step 1: Open a Completed Call Review
Go to the AI Coaching section in Hyperbound.
Select a completed call to review the post-call summary.
Step 2: Review Scorecard Summary
The main screen shows a score breakdown based on criteria defined by the admin.
You’ll also see call statistics like talk ratio, filler word usage, and more
Step 3: Navigate to the AI Coaching Tab
Click on the AI Coaching tab to see specific feedback per criterion.
AI explains why a score was awarded and what the rep did or didn’t do.
Step 4: Explore Transcript and AI Feedback
Scroll through the transcript to see where key actions happened.
AI highlights moments like introductions, objections, and missed opportunities.
Step 5: Learn From AI Suggestions
AI provides concrete suggestions on how reps could have improved.
For example: asking for clarity when sending follow-up emails
Step 6: Check the Objections Tab
View all objections identified by AI during the call.
Each includes a timestamp, transcript, and handling evaluation.
Notes
The post-call screen is designed to guide self-improvement and ongoing training.
Feedback is dynamic—scorecard adjustments by admins can change AI behavior.
