Connect Salesforce to Hyperbound to keep your deals in sync and automatically update CRM fields after every call.
What it does
Deal sync — Your Salesforce Opportunities flow into Hyperbound automatically, along with their Accounts, owners, contacts, activities, notes, and stage history. Deals stay up to date as they change in Salesforce.
CRM auto-fill — After each real call is recorded and synced, Hyperbound extracts insights from the conversation (pain points, next steps, decision maker, budget, MEDDPICC, and more) and writes them back into the Salesforce fields you choose.
Before you start
Ensure that you have the Salesforce integration enabled for your org. Reach out to the support team if you require further assistance.
You'll need:
A Salesforce admin (or someone with permission to install managed packages and authorize connected apps).
The Salesforce org you want to connect — production or sandbox.
Connect Salesforce
Go to Integrations in Hyperbound, choose Salesforce, and follow the 3-step setup:

1. Install the package
Open the Hyperbound listing on the Salesforce AppExchange and install the managed package into your Salesforce org. Wait for the install to finish, then return to Hyperbound and click I installed the package.
2. Authenticate
Sign in with the Salesforce org where you just installed the package.
If you're connecting a sandbox org, check This is a sandbox org before signing in.
Click Authenticate and complete the Salesforce login.
3. Finish
Hyperbound verifies that the package is installed and the connection is healthy. When you see Salesforce is connected, click Finish. You're done.
Sandbox orgs
Sandbox is fully supported. Check This is a sandbox org during authentication. The sandbox setting is fixed once the integration is created — to switch between sandbox and production, set up a new connection.
Troubleshooting
"Salesforce package not detected" / "We couldn't find the Salesforce plugin installed in your org"
The connection to Salesforce succeeded, but the Hyperbound managed package wasn't found in the org. To fix:
Confirm the package finished installing in Salesforce (large packages can take a few minutes).
Make sure you authenticated with the same org where the package is installed.
Click Retry connection.
If it still fails, reinstall the package from the AppExchange and reconnect.
Deals aren't appearing or aren't updating
Deals sync when Opportunities are created or changed in Salesforce. New connections may take a short while to backfill.
Confirm the integration shows as connected (no error banner) on the Integrations page.
If an Opportunity is deleted in Salesforce, the matching deal is removed in Hyperbound.
