🤔 Why You Need This

In addition to AI coaching, you can attach custom learning materials to your scorecards.

How do you do this?

Step 1: Navigate to the Scorecard

1. Go to the AI Scorecards tab.

2. Select the scorecard you want to attach a custom learning material.

Step 2: Access the Learning Materials Tab

1. This is a setting that needs to be enabled, but once it's enabled, you’ll see a Learning Materials tab.

2. Click on it to view or add resources.

Step 3: Add a New Learning Material

1. Click Edit.

2. Provide a name for the learning material.

3. Add a description

4. Choose how you'd like to attach the resource:

   • Paste a link to a document or website, or

   • Upload a file (e.g., PDF).

Once added, the material is saved automatically.

Step 4: Viewing Learning Materials Post-Call

1. After a call that used the relevant scorecard, go to the Post-Call View.

2. In addition to the AI Coaching tab, users will see a Resources tab.

3. Under this tab, they’ll find the learning materials you added.

4. Reps can open and review the materials directly from this view for additional training.
