Setting up Hyperbound's Meeting Recorder

Last updated: January 23, 2026

To let Hyperbound detect meetings and record calls, you’ll need to connect your calendar and the meeting tools your team uses. This only takes a few minutes.

Step 1: Go to integrations

Head to Workspace Settings → Integrations.
Under Calendars, you’ll see the available calendar integrations.

Step 2: Connect your calendar

Pick the calendar your workspace uses, like Google Calendar or Outlook, and click Connect.

You’ll be asked to:

  • Give the integration a name (for example, “Google Calendar”)

  • Sign in to the calendar account you want to connect

  • Approve calendar access so Hyperbound can view scheduled events

Once you finish the authentication flow, you’ll be redirected back to Hyperbound.

Ensure that you give all required permissions for the integration to be successful!

Step 3: Enable your meeting recorder

Connecting a calendar lets Hyperbound see meetings. To record them, you also need to enable your meeting tools.

In the same Integrations section, turn on the tools your team uses:

  • Google Meet

  • Zoom

  • Microsoft Teams

Each one will ask you to sign in and approve permissions. Make sure you complete the full flow for every tool you want to record.

Step 4: You’re all set

Once everything is connected:

  • Hyperbound will automatically detect meetings from your calendar

  • Supported calls will be recorded without any manual setup

  • Call data will show up for analysis and coaching
