Real Calls: Smart Moments
Last updated: October 6, 2026
We’ve redesigned the real-call experience in Hyperbound. The call page is now built around Smart Moments AI-extracted video clips of the parts of a call that matter most and the Real Calls page has become a full calls-and-playlists library.
This article covers Smart Moments. See the companion articles for the rest of the launch:
What changed
The call page for your recorded real calls has been redesigned around Smart Moments short, categorized video clips of the parts of a call that matter most. When a call is imported, Hyperbound’s AI reviews the recording and pulls out trigger events, pains, goals, objections, competitor mentions, stakeholders, buying-process details, and more. Each moment appears as a playable clip with the exact quote and speaker.
Previously, the call page listed objections and questions as text under a “Key points” tab. Now, the same call opens on a grid of watchable moments, and the rest of the page — recording, feedback, comments, notes, and action items — is organized as cards you can scroll or jump between.
What you’ll see
A Moments card at the top of every call. Each moment is a tile with a video still, category, short title, verbatim quote, speaker, and timestamp.
Category and chapter views. Filter the grid with category chips, or switch to Chapter view to see moments grouped by call section.
A moment player with a queue. Click any tile to watch that clip. Play All watches every moment back to back.
Moments woven into the recording. Moments are highlighted inline in the transcript, marked on the timeline, and listed in their own side panel.
Your own clips, next to the AI’s. Anyone can clip a moment by hand from the recording view using the scissors icon.
Everything the old page had is still here. Transcript search and download, feedback and scoring, comments, notes, CRM details, and action items all remain available.
FAQ
Who can see Smart Moments?
Anyone in your workspace who can open the call sees its moments. Viewers who open a public share link without signing in get the call summary without moments.
Which calls get moments?
Moments are generated automatically when a recorded call with video is imported, for calls of roughly five minutes or longer. Admins can turn moment generation on or off per call-routing rule in Settings → Routing.
Why does a call say moments weren’t generated?
Moments are skipped for hidden calls, calls where a participant declined recording consent, calls excluded by a privacy or routing rule, calls that are too short, and calls without a video recording.
How many moments does a call get?
The AI picks the strongest moments across up to ten categories, with up to ten video clips cut per call and up to six chapters. You can always add your own clips on top.
Does anything change for my existing calls?
No data changes. Transcripts, scores, comments, and share links all carry over, and old links to the call page open the matching section of the new layout.
