Last updated: September 26, 2024
Creating playlists in Hyperbound allows you to organize and curate calls that are essential for training, review, or sharing best practices. Playlists help sales managers and reps access key learning moment from past calls, making it easy to analyze, improve, and learn from real sales interactions. Whether you want to highlight top performances, common objections, or areas for improvement, playlists give you a structured way to focus your team's development.
Follow these steps to create playlists and assign them to specific calls!
Step 1: Access Playlists
From your Hyperbound dashboard, look at the left-hand navigation panel.
Click on "Call History."
This section stores all the recorded calls, giving you a valuable resource for reviewing conversations and identifying patterns in customer behavior.
Step 2: Create a New Playlist
In the upper right-hand corner, click on "All Playlists."
Then select "Create a New Playlist."
This allows you to gather relevant calls into one organized list, making it easy to review and share key learning materials with your teams.
Step 3: Name + Describe Your Playlist
In the "Create a Playlist" pop-up window, give your playlists a name. This helps you and your team quickly identify the purpose of the playlist.
You also have the option to give your playlist a description. This could be used to explain the playlist's goal, like "Best Objection Handling Calls" or "Successful Discovery Calls."
Adding descriptions helps clarify the playlist's focus, especially when sharing it with others.
Step 4: Save the Playlist
Once you've named your playlist and added a description (if you decided to), click "Create."
Your playlist is now ready, but it's still empty. The next step is to fill it with calls!
Step 5: Add Calls to Your Playlist
To add specific calls to a playlist, navigate to the "Playlist" column in your Call History.
Click "+ Add to Playlist" next to the call you want to include.
Choose the relevant playlist from the dropdown list.
This feature allows you to quickly curate important calls, making it easy to review specific sales interactions and track rep progress.
