How to get the most out of Hyperbound
Last updated: February 18, 2025
Besides using Hyperbound during large scale changes, messaging rollouts, product launches, onboarding, or performance improvement programs, we see our most successful sales orgs use Hyperbound continuously.
To maximize Hyperbound's impact, sales leaders and admins should integrate Hyperbound into their teams' daily workflows.
Here’s our two key recommendations:
1. Daily Warmups
One of our largest customer sales teams (100+ reps) runs Hyperbound warmups every day and has seen significant improvements in call quality and conversion rates.
Warmups also immediately improve reps call confidence, and helps to get the marbles out of one's mouth in the morning.
Keep warmups short and targeted (5-10 minutes) to ensure consistent engagement without disrupting workflows.
How to Set Up These Daily Warmups
We recommend using call blitzes to streamline daily warmups.
By tagging bots by use case, you can start a call blitz with a tag. Reps can resume that call blitz daily, ensuring they cycle through all bots associated with that tag over time.
For an effective warmup, ask reps to complete 10 minutes of calls from the blitz before pausing. This method has proven successful for our top-performing customers who integrate warmups into their daily routines.
Mix focus calls with full calls to keep reps on their toes and reinforce muscle memory on objections.
If reps are practicing discovery calls, use the resume call feature to break up their practice calls into 5-minute chunks for more focused improvement.
2. Review Rep Performance in Hyperbound During Weekly 1:1s
Use real call scoring or performance on weekly warmups to pinpoint areas for improvement and track progress over time.
Compare roleplay performance with real call results to identify patterns in execution.
Assign targeted warmups based on individual coaching needs to reinforce key skills.
Encourage reps to reflect on AI-generated feedback and apply insights to live calls.
Track improvement trends and discuss actionable steps to refine their approach.
