Getting started with Manager Hierarchy

What is Manager Hierarchy?

Manager Hierarchy is how you control who on your team can see what: bots, folders and calls.

Without it, everyone in your workspace sees everything: all calls, all folders, all bots.

With it turned on, what each person sees depends on which team they're on and what visibility level you've set for their role.

It lets you:

• Organize users into a structured team hierarchy (teams and sub-teams)

• Control what each role can see across calls, folders, and bots

• Share specific folders and bots with specific teams

Prerequisites

• Reach out to the support team to turn on Manager Hierarchy for your workspace.

• Make sure you have admin access to your Hyperbound workspace.
