Familiarity with the Cold Call Bot creation process
Custom scenario details for warm calling
Step 1: Go to “Create New Bot”
Navigate to the Create New Bot section in Hyperbound.
Select the Warm Call option.
This process closely mirrors the cold call bot creation.
Step 2: Define the Bot Brain
Define key conversation parameters:
Who you're calling (e.g., VP of Sales)
Your company (e.g., Hyperbound)
The target company (e.g., Infotech with 50 salespeople)
Click Generate to build the bot’s initial draft.
Step 3: Add Warm Call Context
Warm calls assume prior contact or interest.
Use examples like:
“Saw you at [event]”
“We have a mutual contact…”
“You filled out a form on our website…”
Add this information in the Basic Details section.
Step 4: Customize Details
Fill in or adjust the following (auto-filled by AI but editable):
Personal Details
Company Info
Org Structure
Sales Priorities
Objections (customizable)
Opinions (e.g., awareness level, industry insight)
Step 5: Create a Custom Scorecard
Use a custom scorecard tailored for warm calls.
Focus scoring on relationship building, trust signals, and needs discovery.
A link is provided in Hyperbound for learning more about scorecards.
Step 6: Publish the Bot
Once all fields are completed, click Publish to launch the Warm Call Bot.
Notes
Warm bots simulate more nuanced interactions than cold calls.
Ensure scenarios are realistic and aligned with your buyer journey.
Revisit your cold call bot module if you need a refresher on the setup process.
