HOW TO: Change the call type of a Real call

You can now update the custom call type of any call in the Real Calls listing page. This is useful when a call has been categorized incorrectly. Changing the call type ensures calls are rescored accurately and analytics remain reliable.
Steps to Change the Call Type
Locate the Call
Navigate to Call History Page
Click on Real Buyer calls
Identify the call with the incorrect call type.
Open the Action Menu
Click the three-dot menu next to the call.
Select “Change Call Type”
From the dropdown, choose Change Call Type.
Choose the Correct Call Type
Select the correct call type from the list.
Apply the Change
Click Change Call Type.
The system will update the call type and trigger a re-score.
Notes
Rescoring Delay: It may take a few moments for the new call type and score to appear.
Quick Refresh: If you don’t see the update immediately, refresh the page to view the updated scoring.
