Automations for reps
Last updated: July 29, 2026
Cut post-call busywork and build a habit of self-review. These templates draft stakeholder summaries and prompt you to reflect while the call is still fresh.
Browse them under Automations → Templates → For Reps. How to write sharper Actions and Conditions: Writing effective automations.
How to start from a template
Go to Automations → Templates.
Filter For Reps.
Click Use Template.
Name it, set Who is this Automation for?, Next.
Review Trigger / Condition / Action, set recipients, Run Test, Publish.
(If you don’t see Automations, ask your Hyperbound admin — admins set these up for the workspace or your team.)
Post-Call Summary Email
Send stakeholders a clear summary after each call — takeaways, needs, risks, and next steps — without writing it from scratch.
Trigger
After a real call ends
Action
Medium: Email
Message: Summarize the completed call for stakeholders. Include key takeaways, customer needs, risks, and clear next steps.
Audience: yourself
Tips: Paste your existing recap format into the Action so every summary sounds like yourself. Be explicit: “Never more than 3 bullets for takeaways; Next steps with owners and dates.” Switch to Slack if stakeholders live there instead.
Rep Self-Review Prompt
Get prompted to review your own call while it’s fresh — with focused reflection questions and one moment to revisit.
Trigger
After a real call ends
Action
Medium: Slack
Message: Prompt the rep to review their own call. Include two or three focused reflection questions and one moment they should revisit.
Audience: yourself
Tips: Prefer personal Slack/DMs over a public channel. Ask for a consistent shape (“2 questions + 1 moment to revisit + 1 practice suggestion”). If every call feels like homework, add a Condition so it only fires when something’s off.
