How to Create a Recruiting Org

In this article, we’ll walk through how to set up an Org tailored for recruiting use cases in Hyperbound.
Step 1: Create the Org
Creating a Recruiting Org follows the same steps as creating any other Org.

Step 2: Set the Right Flags
Once the Org is created, configure the following flags to optimize the experience for candidates and the recruiting team.
All of these could be found under Workspace Settings
Hide Similar Calls
Hides call recommendations from other candidates to maintain privacy and fairness.Hide Leaderboard
Removes the leaderboard from the app interface so candidates don’t see each other’s performance.Only Admins Can View All Roleplay Calls
Allows only admins to view all calls across candidates. Each candidate can only see their own calls.Only Admins Can Delete User Calls
Prevents candidates from deleting their calls on the platform.No Scorecard Editing Rights
Prevents candidates from modifying scores for their own calls.
Step 3: Invite Candidates
When inviting users to the Org:
Candidates should be added as Members.
Recruiting panel members should be added as Admins.
This ensures proper access control and reporting structure.
Step 4: Configure Analytics Access
You can restrict the Analytics tab so that only Admins can view it, while hiding it from candidates.
This configuration can currently only be done by the Hyperbound team. Please reach out to us if you’d like to enable this setting.
