If You're a Paid User:

Step 1: Locate the Incorrect Score

On your call scorecard, find the criteria with the incorrect score.

Step 2: Click the Red 'X'

Click on the red 'X' next to the scorecard criteria to edit it manually.

Step 3: Adjust the Score

Follow the steps to make adjustments based on the correct call performance.
